We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Partnership Manager as we expand our awesome team Our partnerships have grown, and we are strengthening our engagement levels to support the ongoing development of our partner relationships now and for the future. You will work transparently as part of a collaborative team to deliver partnership activation, contractual rights and key objectives Are you ready to be a positive disruptor and support the delivery of our partnership offering at the UK’s largest indoor music arena that’s coming to Manchester? You will be working with the best talent on and off the stage and supporting global brands and touring bands who are just as excited as we are about Co-op Live. Our Role: - Have a thorough understanding of partner objectives through meetings, research and press coverage - A full and comprehensive understanding of partner / supplier contractual rights to execute rights successfully - Champion creating and curating excellent relationships, both internally and with external stakeholders - Develop partnership strategies and activation plans - Execute all partnership rights and plans in line with other rights holder and partner contractual delivery and activation - Create best in class reporting, presentations, measure tracking documents - Be creative and innovative with strategy ideas - Plan, manage, and deliver partnership / supplier rights - Prioritise partner rights relating to the construction timeline to adhere to project timeline and guideline - Plan, co-ordinate and manage partnership meetings with clear objective and outcomes - Organise and attend tours and meetings at; Co-op Live HQ, construction site or partners site meetings - Assist in the organising of the ‘Co-op Live Partner Summit’ - Manage the partnership and supplier rights and usage within Co-op Live’s CRM What Co-op Live will give to you: Alongside the benefit of working with an awesome team of talented people, we want to help you get the best out of your work and have a work life balance. - Provide you with development opportunities - Key objectives for you to succeed in your role - Your general wellbeing is at the forefront of our minds, we understand the importance of balancing work and personal commitments - This is an office base role, it’s really important we work together to mobilise the biggest music and live entertainment arena in the UK Salary: up to £40,000 - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Employer pension scheme - Private Health Care scheme – Vitality - Life Assurance 4 x basic salary - Eyecare vouchers - WeCare Employee Assistance Programme to support you and your family 24hrs, 7 days per week when you need the service - Company sick pay scheme - Enhanced family friendly benefits - Office fruit & snacks - Team social events
Essential Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in sponsorship and partnership account and stakeholder management - Strong communication and engagement skills to delivering an exceptional service for our partners and key stakeholders - A passion analytics, tracking and measuring success for reporting - A strong team player with an infectious can do attitude - A self-starter who is comfortable handling own operational workload as well as supporting others - Extremely well-organised with the ability to multi-task effectively and work under extremely tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail when proofreading, editing documents - Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at any one time in a high demanding environment - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and foster relationships Closing date for applications: 12 December 2023 Our venue is for the fans, the artists, everyone!
