Key Responsibilities
Service Brief:
A small group living environment with six people with varying needs supporting two women with a moderate, severe, or profound learning disability and individual personalities, life histories, skills, interests and hobbies.
Your role is to get to know the person and support them to live a fulfilling and active life in a way they want.
WCL Support Worker Brief:
We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues to join our team in delivering support to these individuals. You will be working within their home and out and about in the community. This service promotes independence, enablement and inclusion. You will be working with our team of experienced support workers who provide high quality, effective and safe services that support people to lead their own lives in the community.
