Trade Sales Counter Representative

Key Responsibilities

First point of contact for Customers liaising face to face, telephone and email. Help and advise customers to buy ,metal, process their orders through to delivery, liaise with suppliers, etc. Work towards sales targets, build customer relationships, work with your team and on your own initiative. Training will be provided.

Essential Requirements

Excellent customer service/support skills, excellent English skills verbal and written, experience of processing orders, quoting, upselling would be beneficial, knowledge of metals would be beneficial. Good use of computers, 1 year of customer support experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Trade Counter experience would be an advantage.
