Key Responsibilities

Shutter Fitter We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable fitter to join our family-run business, based throughout the Bedford ,Cambridge and St. Albans regions, as a part-time fitter, with the opportunity to go full-time post probation. What you’ll be doing Provided with award-winning training - fitters will be expected to install S:CRAFT shutters to the highest quality standard, with care and consideration in customers’ homes. Customer service is at the heart of what we do, so a friendly, personable individual who will not only do the installation, but leave a positive impression on the customer is a must have skill. You'll get some branded shirts to wear, and collateral to show and leave with your customers post installation. Why join us? There are opportunities to be involved in annual networking events, and are encouraged to share ideas and meet other members of the franchise. What experience do I need? Full UK driving licence. Charismatic and friendly customer-facing individual. Strong communicator. Experienced time and diary planning skills. Ability to work independently to a busy schedule. Each franchise is managed by a local business owner who employs their own team with the support of a head office team based in Winchester.
