Key Responsibilities
The Zip Yard is the largest alteration company in the UK & Ireland. We are looking for qualifies seamstresses/tailors/dressmakers to join our ever expanding team. You should have at least 3 years relevant experience in all forms of clothing alterations and repairs and be able to work to a schedule. Experience in pinning/adjusting customers clothing is desired but not essential. We have multiple vacancies in numerous locations throughout Northern Ireland with immediate starts. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From £21,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required) Work Location: In person Alterations to Bridal wear, formal wear, all types of clothing, household items Repairing zips to trousers, jackets, cushions Shortening trousers, jeans, skirts, dresses, jackets and coats Shortening sleeves of tops, jackets, coats Tapering clothes. All types of Alterations work, pinning customer clothing for alteration, maintaining the level of service required by The Zip Yard.
